³⁷ and said, “If You are the King of the Jews,^(A) save Yourself!”

³⁸ An inscription was above Him:^[a]

³⁹ Then^(B) one of the criminals hanging there began to yell insults at^[b] Him: “Aren’t You the Messiah? Save Yourself and us!”
